Take a leisurely stroll to the creek for a refreshing swim in the crisp mountain water, and be sure to bring your fishing gear! Each year, the creek is replenished with rainbow trout, so you may have the chance to reel in a stunning rainbow or brown trout. While the creek is shared with the owners, our guests are encouraged to kick back and savor the property's amenities. With a level driveway, our property is easily accessible throughout the year.

Our property is conveniently located only 12 minutes from downtown Franklin, a charming town that is designated as an “Appalachian Trail Community,” drawing in numerous hikers and nature enthusiasts eager to experience our stunning waterfalls, serene mountain lakes, and breathtaking peaks. Additionally, we are in close proximity to the Nantahala River.

Our treehouse and vacation cabins are in a rural area in the Smoky Mountains. Wilson Lick Ranger Station and Cowee Mountain Ruby Mine as well as local landmarks and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Nantahala National Forest and Nantahala River. Mason Mountain Mine, Ruby City Gems & Minerals, and Bryson City Gem Mine are also worth visiting.

Be sure to check out the area's wildlife like the elk in Cherokee with game walks and birdwatching activities.
